Melting

In order to attain committed quality and strength, fine and quality iron Is selected and charged in the furnace. Quality iron is melted at almost 1500-1800 degree centrigrade as per requirement. Further, metals are blended with iron to make them good alloy. Un-necessary metals are depleted or reduced as per requirements to achieve standards. Impurities and slags are removed and produced purified and cleaned molten steel for further process. Currently we are using induction furnace and switching to Arc  furnace. The arrangements and technology is under the way and hopefully we will be able to produce steel through Are furnace by the start of  year 2024.
